SENIORS ON THE MOVE

QUALITY PROGRAMMING FOR OLDER ADULTS

May Dugan Center provides the tools to help older adults stay active and engaged in their community. Our goal is to empower older adults with the resources to help better manage financial, physical and emotional well-being as well the deepening of  social connections to help support aging in place.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Seniors on the Move Program was launched in 2015 to provide socialization for older adults as well as guidance on issues that affect their lives including wellness information, workshops, health screenings and group sessions.  Over time the program has grown to include learning opportunities in technology, creative arts as well as group activities and topics of interest members of the program would like to learn more about.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services are primarily offered virtually with one happy exception! Watch the group gather together safely in May with help from Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's Joy Ride and The Music Settlement.
